Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds awarded on x44 must be wagered a specified number of times before they or any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement applicable to a specific bonus will be stated clearly when the bonus is offered. Wagering requirements must be met within the time window stated for that bonus; uncompleted requirements after the deadline will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being removed from your account.

Creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once, using third-party funds to meet wagering requirements, or any form of bonus abuse will result in the bonus being voided and may lead to account suspension.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these terms, x44 may withhold the balance pending investigation. If the investigation concludes that the funds were generated through legitimate play and no breach is confirmed, any legitimate balance will be returned to the verified payment method on the account.
You may close your own account at any time by contacting the x44 support team. Any remaining balance at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to your verified payment method, subject to the standard withdrawal verification process.
